Helpful Suggestions.
– Consider having an unplugged ceremony.
– Bring a pair of comfortable flats if you plan on wearing heels. This can be particularly helpful for the bride and bridesmaids during photos and dancing.
– For weddings where there’s a chance of rain bring along umbrellas and rain boots.
An unplugged ceremony is simply that, having your guests be preset so you can all enjoy that special moment together. Encouraging everyone to put their phones and cameras away gives you the opportunity to look out at your family & friends during your ceremony and see them smiling back at you rather than seeing a sea of phones in front of hidden faces.

Suggestion for an announcement by the Officiant:
“The Bride and Groom have invited all of you today to enjoy this special moment with them. They have hired professional wedding photographers to capture this event and have invited you, as their guest, to enjoy being truly present with them. They respectfully ask leaving all cameras and cell phones off during their ceremony in hopes that you can be present in this very special moment together.“.
Please Note.
– If there are any wedding details you would like photographed (ex. wedding invitation, wedding jewelry, shoes etc.) please leave them out for us in the morning and we will photograph them for you.
– If you plan to have speeches during your dinner please have us seated in an area close to where your speeches will be taking place or have your wedding planner notify us before each speech. If you have us seated in a separate room away from where the speeches will be held we cannot guarantee capturing all moments during that time.
– If you are having laser lights during your party please note these have been found to damage digital cameras, as a result we may be limited to what we can photograph if they are used.
