It’s mind boggling thinking how fleeting life can be. Strangers walk by each other every day, a passing glance, never to see each other again. Sometimes stars collide, a connection is made and it’s incredible at how it can change the direction of your world. Here’s how Nathan and Felicia’s Cuixmala wedding story started:
One day in San Fransico, a man picked up a copy of Rangefinder magazine and came across an article we were featured in. They got in touch with us and took us on an adventure of a lifetime.
The location, Cuixmala, a moorish palace on the pacific coast of Mexico. Named by Vogue as one of the top places to vacation, Vanity Fair France has selected it as the number 1 place to stay at in Mexico, it has been featured in Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, InStyle, Signature Luxury Travel Magazine, Epicure Magazine and Departures Magazine to name a few. A remote nature reserve with a two mile private beach situated on the pacific coast of Mexico. The Palace overlooks the jungle where herds of zebras, blackbuck, eland and other exotic animals imported by the estate’s original owner roam the planes. A destination frequented by the rich and famous, Gwyneth Paltrow, in an interview in the New York Times recently mentioned Cuixmala as one of her favourite travel destinations.
Would we have ever travelled to Cuixmala otherwise? Would we have ever met this incredible couple and been invited into such an intimate part of their life? Would we have held baby sea turtles that were just born? probably not. For this we are incredibly grateful.
Thank you so much Nathan & Felicia for picking up Rangefinder Magazine that day and taking us with you on an adventure of a lifetime.
This is their story.
